A Plumbing Site Execution Engineer manages the on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of plumbing, drainage, and water supply systems to ensure compliance with drawings, codes, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities for Site Execution:
- Project Execution & Supervision: Lead on-site installation of water supply, sewage, and drainage systems, ensuring alignment with Approved for Construction (AFC) drawings and specifications.
- Quality Control & Inspection: Perform inspections, prepare material submittals, and ensure all materials used are approved.
- Testing & Commissioning: Conduct pressure testing, leakage tests, and final commissioning of plumbing fixtures and pumps.
- Coordination & Planning: Coordinate with other trades (MEP), monitor subcontractor work, and plan resource/manpower requirements to meet project targets.
- Documentation: Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), update As-Built drawings, and manage RFI (Request for Information) processes.

Required Skills:
- Technical Knowledge: Expertise in plumbing codes, piping materials, and hydraulic systems.
- Drawing Interpretation: Proficient in reading shop drawings, schematics, and layouts.
- Tools: Familiarity with AutoCAD for drawing reviews and MS Office for reporting.
- Site Management: Strong leadership to manage labor and subcontractor performance.
