Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Architect to join our dynamic team. As the Architect Lead you will lead our skilled team of Software engineers and DevOps engineers in developing and maintaining innovative CI/CD tools and infrastructures that significantly improve the efficiency and productivity of functional, performance, and reliability testing. You will drive excellence in our software solutions, impacting global teams and enhancing product quality and engineer satisfaction. The successful candidate will manage technical direction, support system migrations, and foster strong collaboration across international teams.
Your Role Responsibilities and Duties:

Lead software and DevOps engineers to design and maintain advanced CI/CD pipelines and containerization solutions, optimizing testing efficiency for functional, performance, and reliability.

Oversee and support team-developed tools, ensuring operational excellence and user satisfaction.

Manage system onboarding and migration to advanced testing methodologies with minimal disruption.

Coordinate with US and Japan teams for seamless communication, goal alignment, and collaboration.

Strategically plan projects, allocate resources, and meet tight deadlines effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s of Engineering or Master of Computer Applications.

12+ years of working experience in Java backend development or testing.

Handson Containerization: Proficiency in tools like Kubernetes and Docker for managing, deploying, and scaling containerized applications.

Strong understanding of designing and maintaining microservices-based systems, ensuring modularity and scalability.

Experience with Jenkins, Sonar, Helm charts, and integrating comprehensive test suites for efficient and reliable continuous integration and delivery pipelines.

In-depth knowledge of AWS services and solutions, with hands-on experience in deploying and managing cloud-based infrastructure.

Skilled in designing and implementing cloud-native architectures, leveraging modern tools and practices for high availability and scalability.

Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure best practices in planning, development, testing, and deployment.
