About the Role
Well we're on the hunt for a really clever and results-focused Social Media Marketing Executive to help us get a bit more visibility online across all the main social media platforms. Ideally, the person we're after will have their finger on the pulse when it comes to social media trends, content creation, getting people to engage, and overall digital marketing strategy
Key Responsibilities
We need someone to come up with, put in place, and keep track of our social media plans so they line up with what the business is trying to achieve.
Create a buzz around our brand by coming up with some really interesting stuff to post, whether that's a post, a short video, some behind the scenes stuff or maybe a funny meme.
Looking after and fine tuning all of our social media accounts on all the popular platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X , YouTube, and Pinterest.
Sorting out our social media calendars and campaigns so we get the most out of our online presence.
Keeping an eye on how people are interacting with our content and responding to comments and messages. We want to create communities around our brand and keep them engaged.
Staying on top of performance and making sure we're getting the most out of our social media efforts using all the fancy analytics tools. Then write a decent report on how we're doing each month.
Keep up with all the latest news and updates about social media and digital marketing, it's a big job.
Working with our design, content and marketing teams to make sure our brand looks and sounds consistent across all our communications.
Helping out with paid social media ads too - that's a big one
Do some research and see what our competitors are up to and if there's any opportunities to grow our online presence
Requirements
A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or something similar
You'll need to be pretty clued up on the big social media platforms and what makes them tick
Some experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite - we use those a lot
Basic understanding of how social media advertising works and what makes a good performance metric
It'd be great if you could write and talk well, and have a creative head on your shoulders with a keen eye for detail
Can juggle lots of projects at once and meet deadlines without getting stressed
Preferred Skills
Some experience with video editing tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro or Canva would be a big plus
Graphic design skills - the more the merrier
Experience running social media for agencies or lots of different brands - that's really useful
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
