We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective clients for our immigration and recruitment services, explaining our offerings, and generating qualified leads and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from company-provided leads.
- Explain immigration and recruitment services to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.
- Update customer information and call outcomes in the system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with clients.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
