Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Sales Head with a strong background in the Water Tank and PVC Pipes industry. The candidate will lead primary and secondary sales operations, drive market expansion, and build a high-performing sales team. The role requires frequent travel across the North East region; therefore, candidates must have their own vehicle. Applicants with experience in sanitary or hardware product sales are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive primary and secondary sales growth across assigned territories
- Develop and execute sales promotion strategies
- Build, train, and manage a strong regional sales team
- Expand dealer/distributor network and strengthen channel relationships
- Market mapping and territory development across the North East region
- Monitor sales performance and achieve revenue targets
- Coordinate with management for business planning and reporting
- Identify new opportunities and competitor activities
Eligibility & Requirements
- Proven experience in Water Tank / PVC Pipes / sanitary or hardware sales
- Strong leadership and team management capability
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Own vehicle is mandatory
- Target-driven with strong communication skills
