Key Responsibilities
· Promote the company's products and services in the assigned territory.
· Generate new customer leads and convert them into sales.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, distributors, and customers.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and customer meetings.
· Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
· Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
· Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Eligibility
· 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate / Postgraduate
· MBA (Marketing) candidates will be preferred.
· Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
· Candidates willing to travel for field work will be preferred.

Basic Salary:
· ₹13,000 per month (₹1.56 LPA)
