Main Roles & Responsibilities:
- Execute Crash Impact simulations for Seating or Interior components such as:
- Instrument Panel (IP)
- Console
- Door Trims
- Bumper
- Overhead Consoles
- Headliners
- Pillar Trims
- Execute Head Impact, Intrusion Studies, and Passenger Airbag Deployment simulations.
- Perform appropriate representation of Kinematic Joints, Connectivity, Attachments, and their Degrees of Freedom (DOF) for Modal Analysis and Stiffness Calculations.
- Convert Physical Test Scenarios into the FE Domain.
- Correlate results between Physical Test Models and FE Models.
- Present status, reports, and simulation results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide planning and execution details to stakeholders and adhere to agreed timelines.
- Execute design iterations to meet project requirements.
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
