- Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, travel, and daily priorities.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
- Handle confidential emails, calls, documents, and correspondence.
- Prepare presentations, MIS reports, meeting agendas, and MOM.
- Track follow-ups, action items, and ensure timely execution.
- Assist with personal assignments and NGO-related activities.
- Manage social media platforms and support with basic video/photo editing.
- Be available for city-level travel as required for the Director's work.
- Support the Director in strategic and day-to-day administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- It can be preferred and nearby location
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Excellent English communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, internet, and online tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and multitask independently.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
