Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer
Location: Ekkatuthangal, Chennai
Experience: Freshers with relevant internship experience / 0–1 Year
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging visual content (static posts, carousels, Stories, Reels covers, and banners) for social media platforms.
- Support the creation of marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, email graphics, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align designs with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
- Resize and adapt creative assets for different platforms and formats.
- Stay updated on social media design trends, formats, and best practices.
- Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all visual content.
- Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate on designs under tight deadlines.
- Organize and maintain design files and asset libraries.
Required Skills:
- 0–1 years of experience in Graphic Design (internship experience is acceptable).
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
- Basic understanding of social media platform specifications (image sizes, video formats, and aspect ratios).
- Familiarity with current social media trends and content styles (Reels, Stories, carousels, etc.).
- Strong sense of layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of social media analytics and how design impacts engagement.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field.
- Freshers with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Graphic Design and Digital Marketing are preferred.
- A portfolio showcasing graphic design work, social media creatives, and video editing projects will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
