We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to promote our publishing, research, journal, patent, and academic services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the organization’s business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and direct communication.
- Explain company services to clients and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with authors, researchers, institutions, and customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain customer databases.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
- Prepare business reports and update management regularly.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Target-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
