Job Title: E-commerce Accounts Executive (Amazon & Flipkart)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-commerce accounts to lead and manage our Amazon and Flipkart business operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling marketplace accounts, driving revenue growth, managing a team of account executives, and developing strategies to improve marketplace performance. The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and expertise in Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
Key Responsibilities: Team Management & Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of E-commerce executives and account managers.
- Set team KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Ensure timely execution of tasks related to listings, inventory, orders, and account management.
- Foster collaboration across sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain teams.
Account Management
- Oversee all aspects of Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts.
- Ensure account health, policy compliance, and issue resolution.
- Manage escalations and maintain strong relationships with marketplace support teams.
Sales & Business Growth
- Develop and implement marketplace growth strategies to increase sales, revenue, and market share.
- Identify opportunities for product expansion, promotions, pricing optimization, and category growth.
- Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Listing & Catalog Management
- Supervise product listing creation, optimization, and maintenance.
- Conduct keyword research and ensure SEO-friendly content for higher visibility and conversion rates.
- Improve product content, images, and A+ content wherever applicable.
Inventory & Operations Management
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to avoid stock-outs and overstocking.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Optimize inventory planning based on sales trends and seasonality.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, advertising performance, and competitor activities.
- Generate MIS reports and present business insights to senior management.
- Recommend actionable strategies based on data-driven analysis.
Advertising & Marketing
- Plan and manage Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing team to maximize visibility and sales.
- Monitor advertising budgets and optimize campaigns to achieve target ROAS and ROI.
Customer Experience
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer queries and complaints.
- Monitor customer feedback, ratings, and reviews to maintain marketplace reputation.
Compliance & Process Improvement
- Stay updated with Amazon and Flipkart policies, algorithm changes, and marketplace trends.
- Implement best practices for account security, fraud prevention, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and streamline SOPs for team productivity and process excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 3 to 8+ years of experience in E-commerce account management with a strong focus on Amazon and Flipkart marketplaces.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience managing or leading a team.
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Proven track record of driving marketplace sales growth and profitability.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of marketplace advertising, promotions, and catalog management.
- Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and marketplace analytics platforms.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in managing multiple marketplace accounts and large product catalogs.
- Knowledge of marketplace automation tools and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
