Position: Sales Coordinator
About Position: Saleds Coordinator will provide remote sales and administrative support to our Office in KSA, UAE, Oman & Bahrain from India. The role entails managing schedules, coordinating sales activities, and handling customer service queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client calendars, schedule appointments and meetings.
- Assist with sales operations including lead generation and follow-ups.
- Maintain client records and update CRM/database regularly.
- Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, or video calls.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations.
- Perform administrative duties like data entry, file organization, and expense tracking.
Requirements:
- Excellent command in English and Hindi, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in MS Office and other virtual collaboration tools.
- Background in sales and/or admin support.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Self-starting work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills.
Working Hours: Flexible to align with KSA time zone.
