We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to oversee our online store, drive website sales, and lead our digital marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire e-commerce ecosystem—from managing daily website operations and optimizing the customer journey to executing high-performing paid ad campaigns (Google and Meta) and scaling our social media presence.
The ideal candidate blends data-driven analytical skills with creative marketing instincts to increase conversion rates, optimize ad spend, and build brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities1. E-commerce & Website Sales Management
- Sales Optimization: Own the digital storefront performance, focusing on key metrics like conversion rate optimization (CRO), average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Site Merchandise & Operations: Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory availability across the website.
- User Experience (UX): Ensure a seamless shopping experience across mobile and desktop, troubleshooting checkout friction or site performance issues.
2. Paid Advertising (Google & Meta Ads)
- Campaign Strategy: Structure, launch, and manage paid acquisition campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Shopping/PMax, YouTube).
- Budget & ROAS Management: Allocate ad spend efficiently to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and maintain a profitable Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- A/B Testing: Continuously test ad creatives, copy, audience targeting, and landing pages to improve click-through and conversion rates.
3. Social Media Management & Organic Growth
- Content Strategy: Plan and oversee the social media content calendar to align with product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand identity.
- Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and build an active online community to boost organic reach.
- Influencer & Creator Outreach: Coordinate with micro-influencers or content creators to secure user-generated content (UGC) for organic feeds and paid ads.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Performance Tracking: Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Shopify/platform dashboards, and ad managers to track daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
- Data-Driven Insights: Translate complex data points into actionable strategies to improve underperforming areas of the sales funnel.
Pay: ₹12,644.47 - ₹54,264.44 per month
