Job Summary
Glisten is looking for an energetic and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting the company's IT services and consulting solutions. This role is ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills who are eager to build a career in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
● Reach out to prospective clients and schedule meetings or product/service presentations.
● Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable IT services and consulting solutions.
● Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and follow up with prospects.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
● Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
● Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
● Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines and support deal closure.
● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
● Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
● 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management.
Required Skills
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
● Good presentation and negotiation skills.
● Basic understanding of IT services and technology solutions.
● Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business needs.
● Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
