Key Responsibilities
- Make 100+ outbound calls daily to potential customers
- Explain products/services clearly and effectively
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Convert leads into potential business opportunities
- Follow up with interested customers regularly
- Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead conversion
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
Required Skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities
- Positive attitude with a target-driven approach
- Good interpersonal and customer handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers: Graduate candidates can apply
- Experienced Candidates: HSC/Graduate with 1–4 years of experience
- Experience in telesales, telecalling, pre-sales, customer support, or lead generation will be an added advantage
Language Requirements
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory
- Candidates knowing Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada will be preferred
Age Criteria
- Candidates up to 29 years of age can apply
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
