We are looking for a warm, welcoming, and presentable Showroom Greeter / Customer Host to join our silver jewellery showroom in Ernakulam. As the first point of contact, you will welcome walk-in customers, understand their shopping needs, and smoothly guide them to the appropriate sales executive. Your goal is to make every visitor feel valued and ensure a premium shopping experience from the moment they step in.
Key Responsibilities
- Warm Welcome: Greet all incoming customers with a professional smile and positive attitude.
- Customer Assistance: Proactively approach customers to understand what they are looking for (e.g., silver rings, necklaces, gifts, or repairs).
- Queue Management: Guide and introduce customers to the right counter sales person based on their needs.
- Showroom Flow: Ensure no customer is left unattended, especially during peak shopping hours.
- Ambassador: Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance aligned with a luxury retail environment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate degree preferred.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, front desk, or customer service (Freshers with good communication are welcome).
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Languages: Fluent in Malayalam and basic conversational English & Hindi.
- Traits: Pleasing personality, polite demeanor, and strong interpersonal skills.
