We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager – IT Solutions & Digital Transformation to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling IT services, digital solutions, and custom software development services to clients across India. Exposure to the Middle East and European markets will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales activities.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, founders, CXOs, and key stakeholders.
● Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation and discovery calls to proposal submission and deal closure.
● Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to create tailored solutions.
● Prepare proposals, RFP responses, project estimates, and commercial negotiations.
● Develop strategic partnerships and channel relationships to expand business opportunities.
● Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
● Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting reports using CRM tools.
● Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
● 3+ years of experience in IT Services Sales, Software Sales, or Digital Solutions Sales.
● Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
● Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and digital transformation projects.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
● Experience in lead generation through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and sales tools.
● Ability to create proposals, estimations, and client presentations.
● Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar tools.
● Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
● Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience working with clients in the Middle East and/or Europe.
● Existing network of business contacts in the IT services industry.
● Experience handling international sales and remote client engagement.
● Understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, Automation, SaaS, and Cloud Solutions.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
