Recruitment Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process. They partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source and screen top talent, conduct interviews, and negotiate offers to secure qualified candidates for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Source candidates utilizing job portals (like LinkedIn), social media, and internal databases.
- Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone/video screenings, and evaluate applicant skills and cultural fit.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with department heads to understand role requirements and provide timely updates on recruitment pipelines.
- Offer Management: Facilitate salary negotiations, draft offer letters, and handle onboarding formalities for new hires.
- Data Tracking: Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire) using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven corporate or agency recruiting experience.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with modern recruitment software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and sourcing platforms.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
