Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial statements.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor project-wise costing, budgeting, and expense control.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial analysis reports.
- Verify contractor bills, purchase invoices, and payment processing.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
- Experience in GST, TDS, auditing, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Qualification:
- CA Inter / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com
- Relevant experience in Construction or Real Estate industry preferred.
Experience:
- 5–8 Years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in project accounting and contractor billing.
- Knowledge of construction accounting and BOQ/payment tracking.
- Strong coordination and team management skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
