Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment and onboarding of staff and shop-floor employees.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, and Factory Act.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Coordinate training, performance appraisal, and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare monthly HR MIS reports and support audits.
- Coordinate with departments for manpower planning and HR-related activities.
Requirements
- MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resources.
- 5–8 years of HR experience in manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in payroll, attendance, and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ERP systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
