What are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly experienced Spring Boot Senior Developer/Specialist with over 10 years of professional expertise in designing, developing, and architecting enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will lead technical strategy, ensure scalable solutions, and mentor development teams while driving innovation in microservices and cloud-native architectures.

What does the job entail?

Architecture & Design

Define and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance application architectures using Spring Boot and related frameworks.

Design microservices-based solutions with strong focus on modularity, maintainability, and resilience.

Establish best practices for API design, integration, and deployment.

Technical Leadership

Provide architectural guidance to development teams across multiple projects.

Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to architectural principles.

Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Innovation & Strategy

Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to enhance system capabilities.

Drive adoption of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Champion cloud-native solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalability and reliability.

Mentorship & Collaboration

Mentor developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and UI/UX.

Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure alignment.

Work Experience

10+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices.

Proven experience in architecting enterprise applications and distributed systems.

Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).

Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, Gradle, CI/CD pipelines).

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to lead technical discussions and influence decision-making at all levels.

Essential Qualification

Experience with event-driven architectures and domain-driven design (DDD).

Knowledge of security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, SSL/TLS).

Exposure to front-end frameworks (Angular, React) for full-stack understanding.

Certification in cloud technologies or enterprise architecture is a plus.
