Position Details
- Role: Senior Resident – NICU Level III
- Qualification: MD Paediatrics / DCH with 5+ years of NICU experience
- Experience: Minimum 3 Years

- Salary: ₹850/- per hour
Job Responsibilities
- Managing critically ill neonates in Level III NICU
- Performing rotational duties in NICU as per department roster
- Conducting ward rounds during each shift
- Handling neonatal emergencies and critical care management
- Providing emergency consultations across the hospital whenever required
- Coordinating with consultants, nursing staff, and other departments for effective patient care
- Maintaining proper patient records and clinical documentation
- Ensuring adherence to NICU protocols and infection control practices
Duty Schedule
- Rotational duties in NICU
- Total working hours: 208 hours per month
- Ward rounds to be conducted in every shift
- Emergency consultation duties as and when required
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Neonatal Intensive Care
- Ability to manage emergency and critical neonatal cases independently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Dedicated and patient-focused approach toward neonatal care
