A Mother Teacher is responsible for the overall academic, emotional, and personal development ofPlayschool to UKG students by acting as their primary class teacher for most subjects.
Key Responsibilities
- Classroom Teaching
- Teach assigned subjects as per the curriculum and lesson plans.
- Prepare daily and weekly teaching plans.
- Use engaging and child-friendly teaching methods.
- Student Development
- Monitor students' academic progress and learning outcomes.
- Support the social, emotional, and behavioral development of children.
- Encourage positive values, discipline, and good habits.
- Classroom Management
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
- Ensure discipline and effective classroom management.
- Supervise students during school activities and transitions.
- Assessment and Evaluation
- Conduct regular assessments, worksheets, and class tests.
- Maintain student records, report cards, and progress reports.
- Identify learning difficulties and provide necessary support.
- Parent Communication
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.
- Attend Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
- Address parent concerns professionally and promptly.
- Student Welfare
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
- Provide emotional support and guidance when needed.
- Monitor attendance and follow up on student absences.
- Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain attendance registers and classroom records.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required by the school.
- Participate in school events, assemblies, and meetings.
- Co-Curricular Activities
- Organize and participate in cultural, sports, and educational activities.
- Encourage student participation in various school programs.

Qualification
- Graduate/Postgraduate with D.El.Ed./ NTT
- Prior teaching experience in Pre primary classes preferred
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
