As we continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced Social Media Executive who understands the ever-evolving digital landscape and can manage brands beyond just publishing content.
About the Role
This is not a basic social media scheduling or posting role.
We're looking for a highly skilled, creative, and execution-focused Social Media Executive who understands every aspect of modern social media management—from strategy and platform growth to analytics, copyright management, content optimization, and community building.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing multiple brands or creators and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies for brands and creators.
- Manage day-to-day operations across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Threads, Snapchat, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
- Create monthly content strategies and collaborate with designers, editors, and content creators for execution.
- Write compelling captions, optimize content, and maintain consistent brand communication.
- Monitor audience engagement and actively manage online communities.
- Analyze platform insights and campaign performance to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platform features.
- Coordinate with influencers, creators, and internal teams for campaign execution.
- Ensure content follows platform policies, brand guidelines, and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone with proven hands-on experience in:
- Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Threads, Snapchat, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms.
- Platform algorithms, audience growth strategies, and organic content optimization.
- Social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Community management and audience engagement.
- Content strategy and campaign planning.
- Trend analysis and viral content identification.
- Creator and influencer ecosystem.
- Meta Business Suite and platform management tools.
Mandatory Requirement
Candidates must have practical experience with platform Rights Management systems, including:
- Meta Rights Manager
- YouTube Content ID & Copyright Management
- Facebook Rights Manager
- Monetization policies and platform compliance
- Copyright claim resolution and content protection
A clear understanding of copyright, digital rights, monetization, and content ownership across major social platforms is essential for this role.
