Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled 3D Animation Faculty to mentor and train students in industry-standard 3D tools and techniques. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, creative flair, and the ability to inspire learners to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct theory and practical sessions on 3D Animation, Modeling, Texturing, Lighting, Rigging, and Rendering.
- Teach industry-standard software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, Substance Painter, ZBrush (as per expertise).
- Guide students through real-world projects and portfolio development.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in the 3D industry.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments in alignment with the curriculum.
- Mentor students individually to improve their creative and technical skills.
- Collaborate with the academic team to maintain high-quality training standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Animation, Multimedia, or related field.
- Proficiency in 3D animation software (Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, etc.).
- Strong understanding of animation principles, modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
- Previous teaching/training experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
