Our organisation specialises in English language education, international student recruitment, and student support services. We are currently seeking an experienced Admissions Officer based in India to join our international admissions team and support our growing global operations.
About the Role
As an Admissions Officer, you will play a critical role in managing international student applications and supporting our global network of education agents. This position is fully remote and requires a highly organised individual with strong experience in Australian international education admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Process international student applications accurately and efficiently.
Assess student eligibility and supporting documentation.
Prepare and issue Letters of Offer and enrolment documentation.
Manage student applications from enquiry through to enrolment.
Liaise with students, education agents, and internal teams.
Maintain accurate records and databases.
Follow up on outstanding documentation and application requirements.
Ensure compliance with internal admissions procedures and quality standards.
Assist with student onboarding and administrative processes.
Support continuous improvement of admissions systems and workflows.
Essential Requirements
✔ Minimum 2 years' experience in admissions within the Australian international education sector.
✔ Strong understanding of international student admissions processes.
✔ Experience working with education agents and international students.
✔ Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
✔ Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
✔ Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
✔ Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM/student management systems.
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Highly Desirable Experience working with ELICOS or CRICOS providers.
Knowledge of Australian student visa processes.
Experience using PRISMS or other student management platforms.
Previous experience working remotely with international teams.
