Job Description – Architectural Draughtsperson

Roles & Responsibilities:
· Produce detailed technical drawings and plans for architects
· Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and engineers
· Ensure drawings adhere to design principles, codes, and project specifications
· Revise drawings based on feedback from architects and clients
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design software and industry trends
· Assist in the preparation of project documentation and presentations
· Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practises
Qualification:
· 10+ years professional firm experience
· Bachelor in Architecture or Diploma/Degree/Certification from relevant design/draughting institute
Skills:
· Proficient in AutoCAD
· Understanding of construction methodologies, material properties, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) layouts, and structural detailing.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Time Management - Ability to multi task and work well under deadlines
· Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence.
