Job Overview
We are looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of paid media, analytics, and conversion optimization to drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Perform A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages to improve performance
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad dashboards
- Manage budget allocation and ensure maximum ROI
- Collaborate with design and content teams for high-performing creatives
- Track and report campaign performance with actionable insights
- Stay updated with latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes in digital marketing
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Strong analytical mindset and data interpretation skills
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Excel, SEMrush is a plus
- Good understanding of funnels, user behavior, and digital metrics
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint
- Experience in handling e-commerce or lead generation campaigns
- Basic understanding of SEO and landing page optimization
