Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed electrical schematic drawings,single -line diagrams (SLDs),and general arrangement(GA)drawings for various panel boards(LT/HT/APFC/AMF/VFD/Distribution Boards etc.)using AutoCAD Electrical.
- Design optimal component layouts and busbar sizing in compliance with relevant electrical standards and safety regualtions.
- Revise and update drawings based on feedback from theclient,production team,or inspection authorities.
- Analyze client inquiries,tender documents,specifications,and drawings to understand project requirements.
- Prepare precise Bill Of Materials(BOM)and cost estimations for panel manufacturing,factoring in component costs,labor and overheads.
- Visit client offices, factory sites, and project locations to study technical requirements and build strong professional relationships.
- Meet with clients, consultants, and contractors to explain design proposals and resolve technical queries.
- Lead or participate in commercial negotiations and final price discussions to successfully close deals and secure purchase orders.
QUALIFICATIONS
- B.Tech/B. E in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 2to 5 years of proven experience in estimation and design specifically within the electrical panel board manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of switchgear components(breakers,contractors,relays), busbar calculations and panel fabrication processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.The ability to confidently discuss pricing and technical specifications with clients.
- Must be willing to travel outside the office for client meetings and site visits as required.
Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
