Job Description – Senior SEO Manager

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO Manager who can take complete ownership of the SEO function, manage the SEO team, handle multiple client accounts, and drive organic growth through modern SEO strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the SEO team, including task allocation, performance tracking, mentoring, and quality checks.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies across Technical, On-Page, Off-Page, Local, and International SEO.
- Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance analysis.
- Develop and implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies.
- Stay updated with AI-driven search trends, algorithm updates, and the latest AI SEO tools.
- Use AI tools to improve keyword research, content strategy, reporting, competitor analysis, and workflow efficiency.
- Monitor SEO performance through Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Prepare reports, identify performance gaps, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate with Content, Web Development, Social Media, and Performance Marketing teams.
- Handle client communication, presentations, and strategic discussions.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Proven experience in team handling and multiple client account management and Digital Marketing Agency experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Technical, On-Page, Off-Page, and Local SEO.
- Hands-on experience with AEO and GEO.
- Strong understanding of AI tools and AI-powered search.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and client-management skills.
- Ability to take complete ownership of SEO strategy and execution.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
