Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to manage existing clients, support policy renewals, and assist with health insurance quotations from top insurers. The candidate will play a key role in building long-term customer relationships and ensuring smooth service support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Follow up with customers for policy renewals
- Provide health insurance quotations from leading insurers (Star Health, ICICI Lombard, Care Health, Niva Bupa)
- Explain policy features, benefits, waiting periods, and exclusions
- Assist customers with basic claim support and coordination
- Maintain customer database and follow-up records
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills in Tamil (mandatory) and basic English
- Good customer handling and relationship management skills
- Basic knowledge of health insurance (cashless, PED, waiting period)
- Ability to convince and handle objections
- Good follow-up and time management skills
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year experience in health insurance (mandatory)
- Experience in customer handling / renewals / quotation support preferred
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
