Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Career Success Manager to help grow the Vryfide platform by onboarding candidates and employers, driving subscription sales, and building long-term professional relationships.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sales abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Onboarding & Career Guidance
- Guide candidates through onboarding on the Vryfide platform
- Help candidates understand career solutions and platform benefits
- Promote subscription-based career services and AI-powered tools
- Assist candidates in improving their job opportunities and career growth
Employer Onboarding & Marketplace Growth
- Onboard employers and recruiters onto the Vryfide marketplace
- Build relationships with HR professionals and hiring companies
- Encourage active job postings and platform engagement
- Support marketplace expansion and employer success initiatives
Sales & Business Development
- Generate leads through calls, meetings, and digital outreach
- Achieve monthly onboarding and sales targets
- Maintain strong follow-up and conversion strategies
- Provide excellent client and candidate support throughout the process
Course & Career Solution Promotion
- Promote professional upskilling and career development programs
- Help candidates choose suitable courses based on career goals
Key Requirements
- 1–5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Recruitment, EdTech, HRTech, or Customer Success
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic understanding of recruitment and career guidance is preferred
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales is an advantage
