Key Responsibilities
- Identify, appoint, and develop distributors in all assigned towns to ensure comprehensive market coverage.
- Ensure distributor capability building, infrastructure, and alignment with Sri Dairy’s business goals.
- Conduct regular field visits in distributor / customer location
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage Modern Trade/ General Trade accounts as required—ensuring listing, visibility, promotion, and sales growth in key retail chains.
- Collaborate with the Key Account Management team for smooth execution in modern trade outlets.
- Ensure effective implementation of trade schemes, merchandising, and promotional activities at the point of sale.
- Maintain healthy stock levels, minimize out-of-stock situations, and manage credit & collection norms.
- Prepare and submit timely sales reports, market intelligence, and business reviews to the management.
Experience & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in packaged foods, sweets, snacks categories.
- Proven experience in distributor development & management across Karnataka markets.
- Hands-on experience in handling Modern Trade and General Trade accounts is desirable.
- Prior experience in leading a field sales team is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Personal Attributes: Result-oriented, self-driven, ability to travel extensively within the region, and strong problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
