Dianova Laboratories is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering accurate diagnostic services while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses accurately.
Collect, label, and process patient samples.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
Ensure proper documentation of test results.
Follow quality control procedures and laboratory protocols.
Maintain cleanliness and safety within the laboratory.
Coordinate with doctors, collection centers, and other healthcare professionals when required.
Requirements:
MLT/DMLT/B.SC MLT or equivalent qualification.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Good knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety practices.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
