Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and innovative Robotics & STEM Trainer cum R&D Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in robotics, electronics, PCB design, soldering, IoT, embedded systems, and STEM education. The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging robotics training programs, developing new STEM products and curricula, and supporting research & development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Training & Education
- Conduct Robotics, STEM, Electronics, Coding, IoT, and AI training sessions for school and college students.
- Deliver hands-on workshops, bootcamps, and certification programs.
- Design and develop STEM learning modules, lesson plans, and training content.
- Mentor students in robotics competitions, innovation challenges, and project development.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Research & Development (R&D)
- Develop new robotics and STEM products, kits, and educational solutions.
- Build prototypes and proof-of-concept projects using microcontrollers and sensors.
- Research emerging technologies in Robotics, AI, IoT, Automation, and Electronics.
- Improve and optimize existing products and training kits.
- Create technical documentation, user manuals, and project reports.
Electronics & Hardware Development
- Design and develop electronic circuits and PCBs.
- Perform PCB assembly, component testing, troubleshooting, and validation.
- Carry out soldering (through-hole and SMD preferred) and rework activities.
- Integrate sensors, actuators, communication modules, and embedded systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
Required SkillsTechnical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Robotics, Electronics, Embedded Systems, and IoT.
- Experience with Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, STM32, or similar platforms.
- PCB Design experience using tools such as EasyEDA, KiCad, Altium, or Eagle.
- Hands-on experience in PCB fabrication, soldering, testing, and debugging.
- Knowledge of sensors, motors, wireless communication modules, and automation systems.
- Basic programming knowledge in Python, C/C++, Scratch, or related platforms.
- Familiarity with 3D printing and CAD software will be an added advantage.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Robotics, Instrumentation, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- 1-5 years of experience in Robotics Training, STEM Education, Electronics Development, or R&D.
- Freshers with exceptional hands-on robotics and electronics project experience may also apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
