Job Summary
A Life Insurance Agent at ICICI Prudential is responsible for advising clients on financial planning and life insurance products, helping them secure their future through suitable policies, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients through referrals, networking, and leads
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance plans
Explain policy features, benefits, and terms clearly to clients
Assist customers in completing application forms and documentation
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for renewals and servicing
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain a strong customer relationship for long-term business
Stay updated on new insurance products and industry trends
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
Age: 18 years and above
Good communication skills (Tamil/English)
Basic sales or customer handling experience is an advantage
Must complete IRDAI certification (company provides guidance)
