Staff Software Engineer – Back End
We are hiring an experienced Staff Software Engineer – Back End for a leading product-based company in Bangkok.
Key Requirements
- 8+ years of backend development experience
- Strong system analysis & backend system design expertise
- Hands-on experience in connectivity management
- Experience working on high-scale products in product-based companies only
- Prior mentorship / technical leadership experience mandatory
- Stable career history with no frequent short tenures
Technical Skills
- Scala / Java / Kotlin / C# / Go
- RDBMS (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)
- CI/CD pipelines & testing strategies
- Architecture & technical decision-making
- Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, MSMQ
- NoSQL & Play Framework (Good to Have)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
Experience:
- High-scale products in a product-based company environment: 5 years (Preferred)
- system analysis: 5 years (Preferred)
- backend system design: 5 years (Required)
- connectivity management: 5 years (Preferred)
- mentorship or technical guidance: 5 years (Preferred)
