Job Title: Front Desk Executive
Location: South Bopal, Ahmedabad
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate department.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
- Register patients and maintain accurate patient records.
- Assist patients in completing registration and medical forms.
- Handle billing, payment collection, and issue receipts.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and doctor information.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when required.
- Perform basic administrative and documentation tasks.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office and clinic/hospital software preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of English, Hindi, and Gujarati is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Minimum: 12th Pass or Graduate (Graduation preferred).
- Fresher or candidates with front office/reception experience may apply.
- Prior experience in a hospital or clinic is an added advantage
Salary
- Typically ranges from ₹16,000 to ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and location.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
