We are seeking a visionary AI Transformation Leader to drive enterprise-wide adoption of Agentic AI, Generative AI (GenAI), and Intelligent Automation. This role will focus on transforming traditional BPS operations into AI-powered, scalable, and value-driven business models.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in LLMs, LAMs, automation pipelines, and process re-engineering, along with strong P&L ownership and stakeholder management experience.
- Define and execute the enterprise AI roadmap, leveraging GenAI, LLMs, and Agentic AI systems
- Drive digital transformation initiatives by replacing rule-based systems with predictive, cognitive workflows
- Lead build vs. buy decisions for AI platforms and enterprise solutions
- Identify and prioritize high-ROI automation opportunities across BFSI and BPS processes
- Implement Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) and Cognitive OCR solutions
- Deploy autonomous AI agents to reduce cycle time, improve accuracy, and enhance productivity
- Establish Responsible AI frameworks, ensuring adherence to GDPR, data privacy, and regulatory standards
- Manage AI risk, bias mitigation, and security compliance across all solutions
- Set up and lead an AI CoE to drive innovation, best practices, and reusable assets
- Oversee pilot programs, sandbox environments, and scaling strategies
- Improve operating margins, efficiency, and revenue growth through AI adoption
- Transform customer experience using AI-driven insights and automation
- Drive process re-engineering and optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with business, IT, legal, risk, and client teams
- Translate technical AI concepts into business and financial outcomes
- Lead global teams and mentor talent in AI and automation

- Experience driving enterprise digital transformation programs
- Strong stakeholder communication and executive reporting skills
- Experience building and scaling AI CoEs
- Exposure to Copilot ecosystems and AI-assisted workforce transformation
