About the Role
Febno Technologies is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in modern web technologies. The ideal candidate should be capable of building scalable applications, handling both frontend and backend development, and delivering high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js, Express.js and React.js
- Design and implement RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework
- Work with PostgreSQL for database design, optimization, and management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Implement security and data protection best practices
- Debug, troubleshoot, and upgrade existing systems
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Required Skills
Backend:
- Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js
- Hands-on experience with Python and Django REST Framework
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture
Frontend:
- Proficiency in React.js
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS
- Experience with state management (Redux / Context API)
Database:
- Experience with PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of database design, indexing, and query optimization
Additional Requirements:
- Familiarity with Git version control
- Experience with Docker is a plus
- Understanding of authentication methods (JWT, OAuth)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with TypeScript
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
- Experience in eCommerce or SaaS platforms
