Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive based in Kochi, offering work-from-home flexibility. This role offers a reliable base salary paired with a clear, per-project incentive structure to reward high performers.
The executive will be responsible for the front-end of our sales cycle. You will attend to incoming leads, execute persistent follow-ups, and qualify prospects. Your primary objective is to engage potential clients, gather critical business requirements, and seamlessly hand over actionable, qualified data to the senior team for closing. The role also involves tracking daily activities in Excel and managing our internal CRM to ensure zero lead leakage.
Qualifications:
- Strict fluency in both Malayalam and English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and persuasive interpersonal skills to engage B2B clients.
- Proficiency in managing and updating basic Excel spreadsheets accurately.
Basic knowledge of CRM management (training and active assistance will be provided by our team).
- Standard sales competencies: ability to handle initial objections, maintain structured follow-ups, and operate with a high degree of persistence.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a hybrid setup.
