Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers with overdue accounts via phone and email.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
- Follow company policies and compliance guidelines.
- Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Build positive customer relationships while resolving payment issues.
Requirements:
- Freshers can apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
