Supervise and manage construction site activities
Prepare project plans, estimates, and reports
Ensure quality control and safety standards at the site
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams
Monitor project progress and maintain timelines
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
Maintain proper documentation and daily work reports
Required Skills:
Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic civil software
Understanding of construction materials and site execution
Good communication and team coordination skills
Ability to handle site work independently
Qualification:
Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in construction/site supervision
