Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead and drive sales growth across India for our laptop and IT hardware business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, expanding market presence, identifying new business opportunities, understanding customer requirements, managing key accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales Growth
- Develop and execute PAN India sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Identify new markets, customers, distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
- Drive sales of laptops, refurbished laptops, IT hardware, accessories, and related solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, government organizations, and channel partners.
- Explore new business opportunities and market segments.
Market Intelligence
- Conduct regular market visits across India to understand customer needs, industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
- Recommend new products, pricing strategies, and business initiatives based on market feedback.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and organizational goals.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews.
- Develop sales processes and ensure effective implementation across regions.
- Identify training needs and support team development.
Key Account Management
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handle major negotiations, commercial discussions, and contract finalization.
Planning & Reporting
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic business reports.
- Monitor sales performance, profitability, and market share.
- Present business updates and growth plans to senior management
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
