Staff Nurse (ANM/GNM)

Key Responsibilities
- Assist doctors and healthcare professionals in patient care.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and maintain accurate nursing records.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures and assist during examinations.
- Collect blood samples and perform basic nursing procedures when required.
- Maintain infection control and patient safety standards.
- Educate patients and their attendants on post-procedure care.
- Ensure proper documentation and coordinate with other departments for seamless patient care.
Eligibility
- ANM or GNM qualification from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration (preferred).
- Experience in a hospital or diagnostic centre is preferred.
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Skills Required
- Good clinical and patient care skills.
- Excellent communication in Odia, Hindi, and English.
- Compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in shifts and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
