Position: Key Account Manager - Schools (Renewals, Collections & Growth)

Remuneration: Rs 4.5 - 5.5 Lakhs per Annum

Role summary KAM role
Own the end-to-end success, experience, and revenue of partner accounts, covering program delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, renewals, collections, and growth.

Onboarding & training

Lead onboarding and teacher training

Enable effective and independent program execution
Stakeholder management

Manage relationships with account leadership, principals, teachers, and parents

Act as single point of contact and handle escalations
Value creation & perception

Drive value perception across parents, students, account management, and teachers by showcasing outcomes and impact, while building strong relationships to improve satisfaction and retention
Collections & renewals

Ensure timely collections and track outstanding payments

Drive renewals and minimize churn
Account growth

Identify upsell opportunities and expand within accounts
Data & coordination

Track usage, performance, collections, and renewals

Work with internal teams to ensure smooth execution

- 5 years in edtech / customer success / account management / Sales
