We are hiring a Quality Control (QC) Executive to ensure product quality and compliance with food safety standards. The role involves inspecting raw materials, in-process and finished goods, conducting physical and chemical tests (pH, Brix, moisture, etc.), and maintaining accurate quality records. The candidate will monitor production processes, identify defects, support corrective actions, and ensure compliance with FSSAI guidelines. Additionally, responsibilities include documentation, audits, sampling, shelf-life studies, and coordination with production teams for continuous quality improvement.
Qualification:
Diploma / B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or Food Science
Experience Required:
2–5 years of experience in Sauce, Pickle, or Vegetable Preservation industry
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
