Role & responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Handle customer objections effectively and close sales deals
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of customers
Preferred candidate profile
- 2-3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and listening)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
- Good negotiation and convincing skills
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
