We are hiring an experienced and qualified Mother Teacher for a reputed school in Mahalakshmi Puram, Bangalore, with convenient access from Rajajinagar Metro.
Mother Teacher
Classes: Nursery to Grade 2
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall classroom learning and development for young learners
- Teach foundational literacy, numeracy, communication, and general awareness
- Support emotional, social, and academic development through child-friendly teaching methods
- Use interactive, activity-based, and play-way learning approaches
- Ensure classroom safety, discipline, and student well-being
- Monitor developmental milestones and academic progress
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student growth and development
- Support school events, classroom activities, and student engagement programs
Requirements:
- Graduate with B.Ed mandatory (Montessori / Early Childhood Education preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience as Mother teacher
- Strong passion for working with young children
- Excellent communication, patience, and nurturing abilities
- Good classroom management skills
- CBSE / ICSE teaching experience preferred
