Job Summary
DailyGong Financial Service Limited is hiring energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused Relationship Managers to join our Sales team.
This is a Sales & Business Development role where the primary responsibility is to acquire new customers, open Demat & Trading Accounts, and promote the company's financial products. Candidates who enjoy interacting with customers, achieving sales targets, and building long-term client relationships are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through calling, referrals, networking, field activities, and digital channels.
- Acquire new customers and open Demat & Trading Accounts.
- Sell and promote financial products including Equity, Mutual Funds, and other investment solutions.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Convert leads into active customers through regular follow-ups.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Guide clients on account opening, trading platforms, and available investment products.
- Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales customer support.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
- Stay updated with financial market trends and company products.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
- Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented personality.
- Basic knowledge of Stock Market and Financial Markets.
- Understanding of Demat & Trading Accounts.
- Familiarity with NSE, BSE, and SEBI regulations.
- Basic knowledge of Equity, Derivatives, Commodities, and Mutual Funds.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and basic computer applications.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Preferred: B.Com, BBA, MBA, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Freshers with basic financial market knowledge and strong sales skills can apply.
- Experience in Sales, Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Broking, Investment Advisory, Tele Sales, or Relationship Management will be an added advantage.
